What can I order on Lethela?

You can browse township favourites such as kota, chips, burgers, wings, braai, mogodu and breakfast items, plus groceries and adult-only alcohol from approved participating vendors.

How do vendors join Lethela?

Vendors apply online, submit business details, trading location, category, operating hours and readiness information. Stores only go live after approval and commercial terms are confirmed.

Can riders apply online?

Yes. Riders can apply through the rider page and receive follow-up from operations after review.

How do I track my order?

After checkout you receive an order reference. Use it on the tracking page to see status updates and, where available, rider movement on the map preview.

Which areas are currently served?

Lethela is focused on South African local delivery corridors, including Midrand and nearby township communities.

How does Lethela handle alcohol?

Alcohol is 18+ only. Customers may be asked to confirm age at checkout and produce valid identification on delivery. Delivery can be refused if age, identity, sobriety or safe handover cannot be verified.

Are prices and delivery fees shown before I pay?

Yes. Customers should see item prices, delivery fees and any manual-quote limits before completing checkout. Vendor commercial pricing is not public and is only available to approved vendors.

What happens if something is missing or wrong?

Contact support quickly with the order reference, phone number and photos if useful. Depending on the issue, Lethela may arrange a correction, replacement, credit, partial refund or full refund.
