Clear township pricing
Lethela delivery is R10 per road kilometre with a R10 minimum. The full delivery fee goes to the rider. Customers see the item total, delivery fee and rider tip before confirming an order.
The final checkout fee uses the verified road distance where the routing service is available. A clearly labelled conservative estimate is used only as a fallback.
First 50 approved vendors register for free.
The first month is free.
1 July to 30 September 2026 pilot fee: 5% per completed order, capped at R5 per order.
No hidden charges. Vendors remain in control of their product prices.
Final post-pilot terms are confirmed with vendors before they take effect. Existing vendors receive advance notice of pricing changes.
Rider registration is free and there is no monthly rider fee.
Riders receive 100% of the delivery fee.
Riders keep 100% of customer tips.
Branded delivery bag deposit: R150 refundable, with pay-off support after earning.
